Dear Devotees,

Please accept my humble obeisances. All glories to Srila Prabhupada.

For the last seven years, The Mayapur Institute for Higher Education (MIHE)

has provided educational opportunities for ISKCON devotees. By Sri Caitanya

Mahaprabhu's grace, the MIHE is now substantially increasing its offerings

to the Vaisnava world. We are, therefore, inviting devotees with strong

sadhana practices and stable service histories, who derive inspiration from

our Mission Statement pasted below, to help us shoulder our burden of love

in developing and maintaining the MIHE for the pleasure of the parampara.

We are looking for competent, mature, and self-reliant devotees with the

existing skills, or who are willing and able to acquire the skills, to serve

in the following areas:

- Sastric Teaching and Tutoring

- Sastic Curriculum Development

- Website Maintenance and Development

- General Manager

- Office/Personnel Manager

- Liaise with Our Facilitators

- Liaise with Our Students

- Maintain and Develop CD Ministry

- Computer Repair and Maintenance

- Manage MIHE Operations during the Mayapur Festival Period.

The MIHE will provide appropriate facilities for qualified devotees to serve

according to their propensities and live a peaceful and spiritually

productive life in Sridhama Mayapur.

If you are interested, please respond privately to this invitation.

Thank you for considering this invitation.

Your servant,

Janmastami dasa

----------

"Throughout the whole world there is no institution to impart education in

the matter of spiritual understanding. So we are going to open a big center

in Mayapur where this education will be internationally imparted. Students

from all parts of the world will go there to take education in this

important subject." (Srila Prabhupada - 1971 letter)

MIHE Mission Statement:

Provide an ideal facility and atmosphere in Mayapur that will help devotees:

1) increase their abilities to associate lovingly with Vaisnavas;

2) develop a higher taste for studying Srila Prabhupada's books;

3) systematically strengthen their sadhana and sastric knowledge;

4) develop practical skills in preaching, leadership, worshiping, and

living;

5) enhance their appreciation of Sri Mayapur Dhama;

6) become spiritually enlivened and empowered to preach;

7) deepen their faith in Srila Prabhupada's movement;

8) become properly situated in Srila Prabhupada's movement;

9) deepen their Krishna conscious realizations; and

10) develop a deeper appreciation for Srila Prabhupada's gifts.
