Guest guest
Dear Yaduraja Prabhu, PAMHO. AGTSP! > With regards our first assertion: > a) Srila Prabhupada established himself as the sole diksa guru for ISKCON > in 1966. > > In your opinion is statement a) correct: yes or no please? No, it is incorrect. It is speculation based on observation. Especially the word "sole" is speculation. Srila Prabhupada wrote that he is the Founder Acarya of ISKCON, written on every book. Therefore Srila Prabhupada established himself as the Founder Acarya of ISKCON. If you don't like the words that Srila Prabhupada used, I would also agree with "Srila Prabhupada established himself as the first diksa-guru of ISKCON". BTW. What is the use of opinions? Even you presented two different opinions: "Srila Prabhupada established himself as the Diksa Guru of ISKCON" (April 18, 2005) "Srila Prabhupada established himself as the sole diksa guru for ISKCON in 1966." (November 1, 2005) Better accept what Srila Prabhupada wrote. ys Ramakanta dasa
