Guest guest
To relish those pastimes and serve the Lord in His mood of separation, Srila Bhaktisiddhanta Sarasvati had established the Purusottama Matha at Cataka Parvata in Puri. (end of para) (new para) Cataka-parvata is a generic name for the dunes on the beach in Puri, which Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu would see as nondifferent from Govardhana. -------------- In my ms, Cataka-parvata is italicized. To avoid having italics at the beginning of both a sentence and a para, my editor has proposed the following recast: The generic term cataka-parvata refers to the dunes on the beach in Puri, which Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu would see as nondifferent from Govardhana. --------------- But I prefer the sentence as it is now notwithstanding its opening italics, and ask the Editing pandits for their opinion about this. Is it really a crime against the English language to have italics at the beginning of a sentence?
