BLN - for whom?

Dear BLN Readers,

Please accept my humble obeisances.

Just a brief though on the purpose of the BLN. Lately I've been getting nice

comments from our readers. However, I often get an impression that our

readers like the points in the BLN because these points are relevant for

others. Actually, our intention is that first and foremost, each and every

one of use the BLN for our own personal improvement as servant leaders. If

others also want to learn, that's bonus, but first it is meant for us. I

hope you agree with this approach and will use the BLN for your own personal

benefit first.
