how we should sleep (right side and left side)

I changed this as an ayurvedic authority insisted that the previous info I

had got from another ayurvedic authority was incorrect. It seems that

ayurvedic doctors, like other doctors, and also lawyers and politicians

(councillers also?) all give different advice.

 

If possible, someone could send this query ("which is the best side to sleep

on?") to various ayurvedic doctors (there are several on the internet) and

send us the responses.

 

Unless a clear consensus emerges, in the next edition of BIKC I'll just

write "sleep on the side" without specifying which one. At least that the

side is better than the back seems to be agreed upon by ayurvedic

authorities. All proscribe sleeping on the stomach.
