Guest guest
In my two-pennies'-worth opinion, one meaning of "lotus feet" is that they are the embodiment of both vani and vapu. So when we wake up from our existential slumber and accept these lotus feet as the be-all and end-all of our lives, we begin to feel their presence and potency within our heart. It is just as if they were coming alive (awakened). Does this make sense to you? While I am at it, allow me to share with you (or remind you of) a wonderful quote from the "Teachings of Lord Kapila": "The Lord's feet act like thunderbolts hurled to shatter the mountain of sin stored in the mind of the meditating devotee. One should therefore meditate on the lotus feet of the Lord for a long time."
