UdiyAt is a form of the word udaya, often used to describe the rising sun: means "rising" or "BECOMING VISIBLE". So literally the gopis are praying that Krsna's lotus feet will become visible in their hearts or minds, always, just as with great yogis. Now one meaning of "awaken" is "to be brought into a state of awareness", as in "He suddenly awakened to the danger." Here, of course, Srila Prabhupada's translation says that the feet themselves are awakened, not the gopis. But, as is often said in the Skrt commentaries when there appear to be grammatical or syntatical anomalies (yes!) in the text of the Bhagavatam itself, "this is due to the poetic license of the sages." So by that license Srila Prabhupada can use "We wish that these lotus feet may also be awakened within our hearts" to mean "We wish that [remembrance of] these lotus feet may also be awakened within our hearts".
