Hare Krsna, Please accept my humble dandavats. Jaya Srila Prabhupada!

> 9. Best time to sleep is from three hours after sunset

If in the June month the sun is setting about 10pm, does it mean we have to

go to sleep after midnight or 1am?

> Vata persons should go to bed by 10 pm and sleep on their left side. Pitta

> persons should go to sleep between 10 pm to 11 pm and sleep on their right

> side. Kapha people should go to bed between 11 pm and 12 midnight and

> sleep on their left side.

I have heard if midnight is at 12pm, then

from 8pm to 10pm is relaxing the spirit soul

from 10pm to 12pm is relaxing the subtle body

from 12pm to 2am is relaxing the gross body

from 8pm to 2am sleeping is useful, but after 2am sleeping is useless,

harmful, injurious. So, which of the rules should we follow?

I thank you very much for finding a time to enlight the struggling sadhakas

like me.

Your servant in the service of Guru and Gauranga

Radheshyama dasa

begs forgiveness for any offenses knowingly or unknowingly made and

requests your blessings to follow the instructions of Sri Krsna Caitanya

Mahaprabhu and constantly chant

Hare Krsna Hare Krsna Krsna Krsna Hare Hare

Hare Rama Hare Rama Rama Rama Hare Hare
