I know many devotees who engage in such therapies, but no of them is seriously engaged in KC activities, so the root cause of troubles is just lack of KC activities. If someone is having serious mental problems- diseases like scizophrenia, paranoia, etc. he needs some help probably. But generally I dont see its needed for a healthy person who has simply being cheated by material nature. Just to lament over past misfortunes to some paid person wont solve the problem of material existence. But it may solve the problem of the person how to get his money.
