There are some additional lines or words that were added with Srila Prabhupada's approval and its fine to sing them. For instance, when we sing, "lokanatha lokera jivana," Srila Prabhupada gave approval to repeat that line singing "Prabhupada loker jivana". So if it was approved by Srila Prabhupada there is no problem.
