Guest guest
Camp: ISKCON La Paz, Bolivia Hare Krishna, Please accept my humble obeisances, all glories to Srila Prabhupada I am researching Srila Prabhupada's position on certain issues, in particular on psychology and psychiatry. In the Bhaktivedanta Vedabase I found this quote: "(7) Psychiatrists are humbug, all humbug. They cannot help. Best thing is to be engaged in continuously chanting and hearing Sankirtana, that will cure anyone of mental disease." Letter to: Upendra, 19 February, 1972 I would like to ask if the letter *by* Upendra (the one Srila Prabhupada is answering), "letter of February 2, 1972" is available: it would be interesting to see what kind of question he asked, which engendered such a strong reply from Srila Prabhupada.
