Guest guest
My dear Maharajas and Prabhujis, Please accept my humble obeisances. All glories to Srila Prabhupada! Now that the so-called festival season is over where millions of conditioned souls were simply drinking poison, the real festival season starts where all the devotees can relish the nectar of Vaisnava association in the Holy Dhamas. First of all, Bhakti Caru Maharaja is opening a new temple in Ujjain, (Avantipura) on the 9th & 10th of February. Ujjain, of course, is the place of Sandipani Muni's ashram where Krishna and Balaram went to Gurukula. Then from the Feb. 9th to the 22nd our 3rd Annual Vrinda Kunda Festival will be taking place. Parikramas will be going out from Krishna Balaram Temple almost every other day starting from the 12th to visit the Sacred Sites of Radha and Krishna's Divine pastimes. For the bus tours, all Prabhupada Disciples and their accompanying family will be free. The main festivity will be on the 19th of Feb. We will have an ecstatic Sankirtan Procession around Nandagram with all the ladies carrying decorated water pots on their heads to Vrinda Kunda where there will be a wonderful feast for everyone. Then the venue shifts to Mayapur where on the 25th Feb., there will be the inauguration of the Samadhi Mandir of Bhakti Tirtha Swami. From the 27th the Mayapur Festival will begin with many activities including Navadwipa Mandal Parikrama and culminating on the Holy Appearance Day of Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu on March 14th. Then there will be the Vrindavan Festival commencing on the 18th of March. Mahanidhi Swami and other senior devotees will be taking the devotees around for Parikramas of the Holy Places of Vraja. And of course there will be the famous boat festival. As far as Vrinda Kunda and Vrindavan Festivals are concerned you can make your bookings for accommodation with Krishna Balaram Guesthouse at <ganapati.gkg (AT) pamho (DOT) net> or MVT Guesthouse at <MVT (AT) pamho (DOT) net>. So make your plans now and come for the real festival season and enjoy the refreshing nectar of the Holy Dhamas and the association of the Vaisnavas.
