Process for devotees is in Srila prabhupada's books. But there are also many additional things, created for the purpose of attracting people to KC. And those things are also useful for those in KC, who need so-called "something more" than Srila Prabhupada's books. Purpose of those things is not so much spiritual, but more social and cultural.
