This is a good point. Process for devotees is in Srila prabhupada's books.

But there are also many additional things, created for the purpose of

attracting people to KC. And those things are also useful for those in KC,

who need so-called "something more" than Srila Prabhupada's books. Purpose

of those things is not so much spiritual, but more social and cultural. It

will need to be regulated more by GBC, according to varnasrama rules, and

I'm sure that GBC will act on it, when it becomes neccesary.
