Guest guest
Posted by Yaduraja on Feb 01, 2006: Dear Ramakanata Prabhu, PAMHO. AGTSP! I had written: We take it as axiomatic that everything Srila Prabhupada did in his devotional service was ‘deliberate’. Don’t you? > I already answered this on Jan 21, 2006. Why are you asking this again? Because you had asked whether my reverting back to the original point a): Srila Prabhupada established himself as the sole diksa guru for ISKCON in 1966. Meant an... > ...admission that (the) following statement is unproven? > > "Srila Prabhupada set himself up, deliberately, in the position of the > sole diksa guru for ISKCON in 1966" (Yaduraja, Nov 17, 2005). In English, so long as we both agree Srila Prabhupada always acted deliberately, the two statements mean exactly the same. Since you DO agree that Srila Prabhupada acted deliberately in whatever it was he set himself up as... > Yes, Srila Prabhupada set himself up, deliberately, as something. (Ramakanta Jan 21, 2006) this exposes the falsity of your assumption that I was somehow backing away from my statement of Nov 17th . I was not, both statements mean EXACTLY the same. I have to ask you the same thing since you may have decided you did not really really mean what you wrote then. But I'm glad to see you still do. That's great. So if you agree that both statements mean the same in English, given the above point about ‘deliberately’, and that i am obviously not backing away or admitting something is not proven, then I shall go on to your next point. You keep saying I am wasting time yet it is you who keeps delaying me by posting silly challenges such as the above. I next have to deal with what you meant by ‘before’, which is another complete waste of time so far as I can see, but you keep on doing this so what can I do? I could just ignore these silly points if you would rather me do that. Just let me know. Best wishes Ys Yadu
