What 'identical process' do you mean? The authorization to be diksa-guru must come from Srila Prabhupada. And I don't know if all ISKCON gurus received that authorization from Srila Prabhupada. Therefore I cannot clearly agree that ISKCON’s gurus are proven to be authorized representatives of God.
