Too many rich nuts like cashews I have noticed to be a problem as well as

taking yogurt or too many grains at night. Milk has never been a problem

for me, but I take it hot.

Perhaps he took cold milk, which I have heard there is a problem with.

Perhaps he only took a few of the less opulent nuts.
