I presume you are not asking about the meaning, which seems pretty obvious. I'm not familiar with it, but it looks like it is probably half a verse of some poem. I'm in Mayapur now. If you would like, I can check for the source when I get back to Bhubaneswar and our library. Of course that's not a promise that we can find it. However, if it's the first line of a poem by any famous vaishnava then it's likely we can find it. In that case please remind me after the 28th of March.
