Easy Journey to Other Planets I think it means that rockets can't transport people to higher planets, or even lower planets. And so far we have seen this is true. Apart from the scaled moonlanding that everyone knows was hoax, there has never been mechanical space excursions that has brought humans to other planets in this solar system.
