Guest guest
Dear PAMHO users, PAMHO. AGTSP! I need your help with fighting spam. The spam that PAMHO receives is constantly increasing. Currently PAMHO receives about 800,000 spam emails per month. Most of them is filtered by a commercial spam filter that I am using. But every day there are several hundreds of emails that are not filtered by the commercial spam filter but are filtered by PAMHO's strict spam filter. And I have to look at all these mails to see if there are legitimate mails among them. But this takes a lot of time. Therefore I have decided to change PAMHO's spam filter policy: >From now on I will let through newsletters and emails from mailing lists that can be d (e.g. from Ebay, Amazon, Apple, McAfee, groups, Friends Reunited, airlines, etc.) and emails from madmen. But I will continue to filter unsolicited advertisements, scam, phishing, chain letters, etc. So if you receive mail from a mailing list that you don't want, then please try to yourself. If you are not successful doing that, then you can write me. And if you are receiving mail from a madman, click "Goodies" and then "I no longer want mail from this sender". But note that this does not work for spam and mail from mailing lists. On the other hand, sometimes the commercial spam filter filters legitimate mail from a mailing list. So if you are d to a mailing list, then add the email address of the mailing list to your list of trusted addresses (with WinCOM/MacCOM by 'Commands' -> 'TRUSTED AND DISTRUSTED PERSONS' -> 'Add trusted person'), or tell me that you are d to such and such mailing list. Thank you. ys Ramakanta dasa PAMHO.NET SysOp
