That depends on what you mean by "defeat". By "defeated" I mean following:

You post a claim. I say that it is unproven. You cannot prove it.

Your point b) is not based on Srila Prabhupada's statements. And any

conclusion drawn from your point b) is based on what Srila Prabhupada did

It does not matter whether my challenge is a logical fallacy or not; your

point b) is unproven. Or do you claim that it is proven just because it is a

What position are you talking about? Please quote.

That's right, your point b) it not proposing anything. Rather, it is

claiming something.

Please confirm this by a quote from Srila Prabhupada. Or in other words,

please prove that the authorization to be diksa guru has to be recorded

somewhere.

Oh, you are above the GBC and therefore in a positions where you can judge

the GBC. I always thought that only Srila Prabhupada (and the guru

parampara) is above the GBC.

It is not proven that Srila Prabhupada established himself as the sole diksa

guru for ISKCON. You proved only that he made himself recognized and

accepted as such. "Established himself as ..." has also other meanings which

are not proven.

Since Madhvacarya the status quo is that when an acarya leaves the planet,

he stops accepting disciples on earth. There is no instruction by Srila

Prabhupada that he changed that system. Therefore, today this is still the

system.
