I have heard that Srimati Gulab Kali Mataji has left her body and I am rather surprised that she has not been properly honored here, since she was very dear to the devotees and a very faithful servant of Sri Sri Radha Madhava during many years. We were noticing her slow illness coming in Mayapur and at that time we were praying for her health, but evidently she was called to do service somewhere else. Although she was in an elephant´s body, still she was a dear servant of the Deities and very dear to all the devotees. We noticed how, in Mayapur, she watched longingly as the Deity´s procession went around our grounds without her, her glance following the procession. The Mayapur Festival will not be the same without her and we pray for her well-being in Krishna Consciousness. Hari Bol!
