So obviously we need to go back to point a) again since you wrote:

By making himself recognised and accepted as the sole diksa guru for ISKCON

Srila Prabhupada thus established himself in that position. Please tell me

which definitions of the word ‘established’ that appear in your dictionary

you find objectionable.
