Opportunity to do business with the United States

I am part of a new business venture in my company -

outsourcing and offshoring. We are looking for

companies in Asia, Eastern Europe and Latin America who

can provide high level services currently offered in

the United States. We already have several companies in

India, Malaysia, the Philippines and other Asian

countries and now are looking at Eastern Europe and

Latin America. The reason why we are looking at

countries other than India is because it has become

increasingly difficult to find the right talent in

India to work night shifts. For every 40 candidates we

interview in India, we are able to find one who

qualifies for the position and is willing to work night

shifts. Some of the services we are looking for are:

 

1 - Desktop Publishing

2 - Market analyst - quick financial analysis (starting

with two hours, i.e., the analysis needs to be

completed in English and delivered via e-mail within

two hours.)

3 - Contract revision in English (contracts have 30, 40

or more pages. The analyst needs to have American

legal and business knowledge)

4 - CAD and ARCHIBUS design for construction, moves and

changes, and renovation of offices and buildings.

5 - Data entry (the data entry professional will

receive documents by e-mail attachment and will have to

enter the data in Microsoft Word or other specific

software provided by my company. All in English.

 

The list of services is unlimited. The above are a few

examples.

 

HOWEVER, this type of work is of high volume and

usually no done by an individual at home. There are

technical, security and legal requirements for

companies to offer this type of service to companies in

the U.S. For example, companies offering this type of

service in India have all types of security,

surveillance cameras everywhere, security guards, bags

are checked every time employees enter or exit the

building, etc. The information used by large

multinational corporations is usually highly

confidential and need to be protected accordingly.
