The best way is to free the society from the clutches of individual self appointed authorities controlling the admin. for personal profit and fame. In the past and present the affairs of the society are being managed in an amateurish fashion. As long as we remain as a spiritual society, it is ok for us to be managed by devotee managers, but we have transformed our mission in to mega fund raising campaigns and mega projects, we need professional devotees with highest integrity to manage our affairs. Why should the present authorities resist this change? Are they the life long guardians of the society? Individual authorities have been misguiding the admin to follow illegal practices. The Binami, fictious trusts created in the past for holding land is now back firing. Who is responsible for this? Who authorized these illegal trusts and transactions? What is the need for ISKCON society to grab land using illegal means? Why they are still powerful? Extensive Handling of Black money by the Mayapur Land department is an example of illegal transactions. Unaccounted cash was distributed to suppliers during 2004 festival time, if you dig IOB a/c you can unearth the fictious demand drafts obtained for Less than Rs 50,000 norms by ISKCON treasury department personal.running in to a several crores. I have authentic proof to establish the misconduct of individuals managing the society.What is the need for individual authorities to employ illegal means to rum a public charitable trust or society? Ultimately all these bad authorities are down grading the reputation of HDG SP and his society ISKCON. Present Authorities should be destabilized and freely rotated. we want to see change in Mayapur. We are fed up with the politicians managing Mayapur. The filthy restaurant is an example on the quality of ISKCON Mayapur , admin. We want some one else having more efficiency, honesty and purity. Devotees like HH BVPS, HG Harisuri pr, etc seems to have better moral and ethical standards compared to the present Junk leadership of Mayapur. I am sure the new temple project, riddled with litigation will take its own time, The mega temple as planed by Mayapur projects will never become a reality in the near future. The land dispute with the WB Govt. will prolong for decades and the project is environmentally unfriendly and ultimately it will have to be resolved by the Court of Law. Apart from this a detailed analysis of the investment and development pattern indicates it is ultimately the private investors who are likely to be the beneficieries of this proposed project. Since their motive is commercial consideration, they are sure to exploit and abuse the Dham by building a massive unsustainable infrastructure. The community is being taken for ride by vested interests to collect funds for undisclosed, unaccountable usage. Can any one disclose how much Lakshmi has been collected and spent so far in the name of the new temple project ? Who are the sponsors and beneficiaries? Why the concerned authorities were silent on the construction schedule for the project? What is the real status of the conflict? Is it time bound or unpredictable? Is it resolvable in our favor or will we lose the land aquiered by questionable means? Mayapur Management is cheating the community and misusing the funds collected in the name of the New Temple project. I am sure Mayapur projects and HH JPS will come forward to share this info with the community.
