JAS Thank you for your sanga last year at Durban RY. I really miss your

katha! although preaching is going on, and crowds are here ok.

 

here I feel like this festival has a hole in it without your wonderful

katha!

 

I have been dogged in my mind for the last 2 weeks by this old reminiscence.

 

in 1972 In Denver, I remember hearing all the time from the temple devotees

to encourage me as a new bhakta...

 

"you take one step towards Krsna and He'll take 10 steps towards you".

 

Kavicandra swami mentioned yesterday in Durban RY that he remembered

shukadeva dasa (now in LA temple area) used to quote this a lot.

 

where is this quote from? Kavicandra swami surmises that Srila Prabhupada

spoke it,as the devotees in those days were careful to quote only what they

heard the spiritual master say, but when? where? to whom?

 

any ideas?
