I know this is a late response but I feel like I must contact you anyway. I am based in Lome-TOGO, a franco-phone country in West Africa. We started FFL here last year and since then it has been growing. Presently we are serving about a thousand plates daily including Prasadam lunch at the University Campus twice weekly. I was delighted to read about your intention to start FFL in the Congo, where there is really a dire need for it because of the war. Besides I have also received mails from some people who are interested in Krsna consciousness from Congo in the past. I think the FFL will be a good outreach program to attract interested people in that part of Africa to the philosophy of Krishna consciousness. I do not know if you had indeed received the needed help in the form of a french speaking devotee. I am prepared to help in whatever way I can. In fact I will want us to establish contact and see how we can work together in the future. There is a lot to share. Presently we also have quite a large stock of French literatures donated by the BBT to Africa. I am willing to send you some of those once you can pay for the shipment.
