I am writing this letter to inform you that HH AC Bhaktivaibhava Maharaja, has been elected as the GBC Chairman for the year 2006. In order to facilitate the Chairman's service, Maharaja has requested everyone to send their concerns to his secretary on the following e-mail address: Secretary.EC (AT) pamho (DOT) net. Should you have a concern and think to contact the chairman, it will helpful to first consider the following: For registering formal complaints, concerns or suggestions, the general policy is to contact the local temple president, and then the Zonal Secretary (individual GBC), and then where applicable, the Regional Governing Body for your area. The GBC Executive Committee (of which, Maharaja is the chairman this year) only deals with situations of international importance and when there are appeals after the other above mentioned avenues have been attempted. Maharaja also wants to remind ISKCON members that they can contact ombudspersons at ISKCONResolve, ISKCON's alternative dispute resolution system to help them with their concerns.
