I would recommend repotting Tulasi at least once a year, even if it's just to a pot the same size, although moving her to one slightly larger would be better. I have some repotting to do myself over the next few days. Also, with soil as dense as Maharaja recommends, his advice against over-watering should be carefully heeded.
