However, my request is that you ask Janahva Nitai not to act as a server for Madhava since he is purveying ITV/BA pirated goods. If he is cooperating with Iskcon, he should comply immediately as per GBC resolutions. Of course, he could just shift a website that is in the surrogate name of Madhava to some other server and keep doing business that way. So my research into his wife's name as the owner of the server previously will be revealing no matter what he does. Since I am sure that his wife's name was listed that way, and that the address which is now in a different city in Southern California than Culver City, the only question is whether there is a trail to it in my archived email or someone else's recollection. The fact remains that he has continued to carry the website with pirated goods though he has been informed about it years ago. What does that tell you?
