This week's "ARUNODAYA" on Saturday 25th June 2005,

The highlights of the program is as given below:

 

7:00 pm Sandhya Arati (Gaura Arati),

All Youth are requested to be in the temple

 

7:30 PM Video SHOW at Gurukul Hall, Gurukul Building.

 

8:00 PM Seminar on”ART OF DYING ” by H.G. Praneshwar Das

 

9:00 pm Sumptuous special Dinner Prasadam for all.

 

H.G. Praneshwara Dasa

H.G. Praneshwara Dasa has done his Engineering degree, B.E. (Mechanical)

from Pune University. After finishing his degree he served for 4 years in

marketing industrial products in 3 companies culminating with a MNC, “ESAB

INDIA LTD”. He joined ISKCON, Juhu in 1997. Since then he has been serving

as a Counselor and Preacher in the ISKCON YOUTH FORUM, conducting hundreds

of seminars inside the ISKCON campus and in colleges in Mumbai & thereby

training hundreds of youths to lead a better and enhanced life.

A traveler leaves home to search for wealth in far distant places, sometimes

in the forest and sometimes on the ocean and sometimes on hilltops.

Certainly there are many troubles for the traveler when he is in such

unknown places. But all such troubles are at once mitigated as soon as the

sense of his family affection is remembered, and as soon as he returns home

he forgets all such troubles on the way.

We are all spirit souls who have left our real home and have come to this

material world, which is a place of misery, tension and sorrow. If we want

to be free from misery,

tension and stress then we have to take asraya or shelter of Lord Krishna,

the Supreme Personality of Godhead and go back to our original home, the

spiritual world.
