Guest guest
Dear Yaduraja Prabhu, PAMHO. AGTSP! > As I have explained, I do not have to prove that when the spiritual master > does something he does it deliberately since it is axiomatic, it is part > of the very definition of activity in Krishna Consciousness. I understood your explanation and I agree with it. But I did not ask you to prove that Srila Prabhupada did something deliberately. I asked you to prove that in 1966 Srila Prabhupada wanted to be the sole diksa guru for ISKCON. > You have to prove your speculative challenge, ie, that when the spiritual > master does something he may really have meant to do the opposite. I do not have to prove a statement that I did not make. I did not write that Srila Prabhupada may have meant to do the opposite of what he did. I wrote that it is possible that Srila Prabhupada wanted several diksa gurus. Anyway, here are two examples that prove that sometimes Srila Prabhupada did something which he did not want to do: Srila Prabhupada did not want to take sannyasa, but he did. "I did not want to take sannyasa." (Morning Walk, July 3, 1975, Denver) Srila Prabhupada did not want to see Bhakti Siddhanta Sarasvati Thakur the first time, but he went. "But although I did not want to go, one of my friends, who is still living in Calcutta, forcibly took me to His Divine Grace." (SSR 8) What you wrote so far is not a proof of your claim that in 1966 Srila Prabhupada wanted to be the sole diksa guru for ISKCON. So please try again prove your claim, or admit that it is unproven. ys Ramakanta dasa
