The modern civilasitation helps us to get more than what we need and then so

makes us sick and gives us more than what we need medicines.

 

We now have w wide range of taste tiltilating food stuffs in opur home or in

market with the help of modern gadgets may be freezers, mixers etc. By these

items we have got more taty items for our service. But simple truth is we

don't need this much nd this much is in fact disturbing to us. Yes if we

decide to do all grinding by hand instead by mixer then it will take lot of

time. we can't do all the grinding. Yes we can do enough for our

maintainance. Also this unavailable extra grinding will help us control our

senses. With not using modern machineries we will automatically use less of

processed food and so more of carbohydrates and all naturopaths suggest we

should eat more of carbohdrated in form of grains and beans.

 

So the whole principle is simplify our life. we need very less than what we

think. Every effort to make our life comfortable by going against law of god

is going to be miserable. Do you think our anscesters were so less

intelligent to not manufacture these machinary. No they could have easily

made these machines. But as they were intelligent therefore they did not do

so and avoided the whole trouble to make those and get sick as a result of

using those.

 

The whole modern facilities are a result of torture to other living entities

and the results are bound to be miserable. Wether we blame dioxins or

something else. Simple fact is BG 5.22 "ye hi samsparja bhoga"
