Sat nam,

Is there such a set? I think we talked about the Sabotager on this list

before, but I can't remember if anyone mentioned a set.

I did it again at work, and it is an old pattern which I would love to

give over. I think I must be working out some karma. It's not that I'm

impulsive, I think over very carefully before I do something, and it

seems reasonable. Afterward, (now) I look back, and I think, Good Lord,

what was I thinking?! And it is very clear that what I did was idiotic.

And all I can do is acknowledge it and take the consequences.

but ooh, I think it is some kind of unconscious or karmic stuff acting

itself out. And probably there is some Kundalini Yoga I can do to bring

this into conscious awareness. hope.

thanks,

kartar kaur

Dear Kartar Kaur:

Habits die hard! So the saying says. But only if we let them! Just laugh

more and react less and you'll see incredible changes in your life.

We all make mistakes. If we make then without being aware that it is a

mistake, as you describe about yourself, we are in a period of innocence

where the mistake is forgiven.

The Dalai Lama makes mistakes also. He was laughing a lot while contributing

to a mandala made with colored sand. Someone asked him why he was laughing

so much. He replied that each time he made a mistake he laughed as a way to

dispel the energy of it. The idea is to stop blaming our self for the

mistakes we make and just laugh at them. And every one around will join in

the dance as well!

You can sure do a meditation to remove habit. Do you know the meditation

where you place your thumbs against your temples and work your jaw by coming

in and out of clenching your back molars while feeling the muscle in your

temples work against your thumbs?

It is possible you are addressing karmic issues, but karma is nothing, we

make too much of it. If you can see what you are doing and forgive yourself,

you have released the karmic aspect of it. Just bring light heartedness to

what you do. It is that simple!

Blessings,

Awtar S.

Sat Nam Kartar Kaur,

It sounds like Kriya for Inner Anger would have some beneficial

effects. In the introductory remarks the words "destruction of

business success, and destruction of relationships" sounds distinctly

like self sabotage.

Once you have overcome the inertia (some call it karma), you'll have

earned the freedom to make a change and, as Awtar Singh said, "just

laugh more and react less and you'll see incredible changes in your

life". This is important to remember to do as we reestablish ourself

on more stable ground.

Also, the classical Sadhana will clear the way for you, too. (
