Guest guest
Hello everyone, I've been amazed for awhile about how active the GJLIST has been. I'm happy about that. I'm glad it's there working for people. Wonderful! Carry on and on! I sure hope we all choose to keep it positive like it's been. :-) I suggest that we choose not to respond to provocative emails posted by those amongst us who are at the time frustrated or angry and so on. When one of our self brothers (it's usually a male) (I and I) (we're all in this together) is acting out and slinging insults to gain attention, then let's not reciprocate, inasmuch as rewarding any behavior encourages that behavior. Again, I admit, I've lost it at times and acted out in that way. We do have to understand that some males amongst us especially, myself included, are leader-pitta types and some of them are going to lose control at times and get feisty. Normally, when they are doing better, they can be really good to have around, because they can get alot done for everyone's service, and so on. So pitta, or fire, has it's place, and it's beneficial, but at times it can get out of control. We should not reject our brother at that time, but rather, love him more, which will cool him off. (This works for me, one pitta case for sure). With love for all, including us fire cases, Raghu Das Goravani, President Dancing Moon Inc. The growing interest in Sidereal Astrology is a sign that people are waking up to the shortcomings of traditional Western Tropical astrology. The Sidereal astrology list I started last November now has over sixty members. Why should that Sidereal list be the only one to grow? Again, congratulations! Guest guest
I beg to differ, Kev, The interest in Jyotish is due to other factors, I think; some of them surely have to with the Global World View that we are under now........many of us want to see how the "other side" does it, if you know what you what I mean... I don;t like to harbor ideas of one system being supieior, and the other being inferior....instead, I like to see both systems, Western and jyotish, as having their own merits, and useful in their own right. the more I learn about the World's fascination with Astrology, the more I learnm, that, in the end, all of these systems aer a lot more closer to together, than they are apart. So, let the Learning, continue................ peace, Mu --- aumgn93 wrote: > In a message dated 17 Jun 2000 06:51:12 -0700, Das > <> writes: > > > I've been amazed for awhile about how active the > GJLIST has been.
