Spiritual contemplation removes the concept of Self as being "all there is"

and allows a mind to expand into a larger Harmony existing inside and outside

of self.

 

May you find this peace, and know God's love encompasses you

throughout all your lifetimes and forever. God will, when you ask Him,

bring aid and comfort to your soul.

Keep our One God in your thoughts as you go about your day. We are all His

children and we all need

each other's lovingkindness, even in small ways.

 

You can do the Lord's work. Help others, for in performing your simple acts

of kindness, you will always

bring healing to yourself. The fruit of goodness expressed to others, is

healing of the other and healing

of one's self.

 

That is because the sin of self-absorption is diminished when one goes about

doing

God's work each day.

 

You can start by making someone else just a little bit happier today, for God

will understand

your sincerity and start your inner healing with the first good thing you do.

 

Look to God and not to the person you have helped, for your unseen reward.

 

Each day giving love's blessing to the world, God is showing you how to

express His love.

Love you express outward, will grow healthful for your spirit, and it will at

the same time

grow a fully restored mind that is GOOD for something.
