Guest guest
I have just learned that Al Gore actually has won more of the vote than George Bush. I have no real idea how the system works over there but Bush has his brother in charge of Florida so if there has been a bit of skullduggery or misleading ballot forms I wouldn't be surprised. I wonder how Bush can say he has a mandate from the people with less votes. I feel better today as I was simply looking at the charts of Bush and Gore in a two horse race and if Gore got more votes then Vedic astrology is not incorrect. I was looking in particular at positions of planets from the Moon showing the minds of the masses and in reality, the masses did favour Gore. The system to select President of course works differently and I should of cast a chart for America but I don't know the details. Somebody has mentioned lagna lord in the 12th house and its results. I have lagna lord Saturn in the 12th house with Ketu in Capricorn. This makes me far more comfortable with foreigners and in foreign countries than with my own people. Ancient texts have said it shows somebody who wanders in foreign countries which in my case is very accurate. Mentally speaking I feel this is a bad position with lagna lord in a hidden house of self undoing. It can give spiritual interests and an interest in foreign religions, cultures and people. In some cases it can show what was once termed a "secret sinner" but I'm at the stage of life where I think every planet is a benefic in some way as the badly placed planets give us the adversity that builds experience and character. Too many well placed planets is not good in the long run as real wisdom only comes through hardship. Saturn in particular makes you come up the hard way with struggle. If we truly believe the system of Vedic astrology you only get what you deserve anyway. Yesterday our news service jumped the gun and declared Bush a winner. I then thought he must have got more votes so was confused and dissapointed as I was certain Gore would get more support from the people. It was only early this morning that I learned that Gore had actually won the popular vote. Regardless of the American constitution nobody should rule without a mandate from the people. One man, one vote, who gets the most votes wins. I thought that was democracy. I had a few long debates with my old Pundit as to the transit of Rahu over Bush's Sun against Gores powerful transits. We both agreed in the end that Gore must get more of the people on his side and should go on the record as predicting this. The Pundit says this Rahu transit although in general is good, it is somewhat artificial and will boost somebody up like a balloon inflating that will burst eventually. skinbags
