Guest guest
kava kava can't really be compared to Valium .We have many Kavapyronen preparations on the market here in Germany.Actually, they loosen up the muscles a little, which often helps people sleep better. The one difficulty with kava kava is that it is contra -indicated if one is suffering from certain types of depression. It is always a little dangerous suggesting any medication without knowing the "case history " of the recipient. We prescribe kava kava here when people our suffering from tense muscles and consequently have problems sleeping, usually it is not given over long periods of time,as like all other Plant based medications there are side-effects -in this case it has been observed that long term treatment can cause a change in the skin (temporary yellow tinge)and in some cases it has been held responsible for ocular problems
Guest guest
Evening Primrose Oil 2000 mg twice a day (every day)and lots of vigorous exercise at least every other day followed by a hot bath w/ Epsom salts, then shower off -->you won't be able to finish a brief meditation before you fall deeply asleep and you'll feel much better in the morning. Plus you'll be prettier/handsomer from your beauty sleep. Worrying helps nothing, but sometimes you have to let your body know who's boss--give it a good workout and it lets you sleep. Try to remember to breathe deeply. Sweet dreams--hope this helps. Love, Robin Welch
