Jupiter placed in the 3rd house is aspecting the 7th and 11th house. Seventh house receives aspect of Saturn. Saturn is with Mars and Mars happens to be the seventh lord. Now whatever approach you adopt, you clearly see a destablising factor in the chart, related to the 7th house and its aspects, 10th house and its aspects. Now go down to the dasha scheme. He is born in dasha of Mars. Aspect of Mars and Saturn on the 4th house and Moon (positive factor being that it receives aspect of Jupiter) is very clear here and also that the person, would not have enjoyed good relationship with his mother as well as his mother-in-law. He is the youngest or the eldest amongst his sex in the family. Please note that Moon is also with Rahu in the navamsha and aspecting the 4th again. Notice the debilitation of Mercury, the ninth lord. Mars, followed by Rahu, followed by Jupiter, followed by Saturn, all the dasha scheme, do you see any positive factor there. Born in the dasha of Marak, moves to dasha of Rahu in the seventh, moves to the dasha of 3rd and 6th lord and then comes the dasha of Yoga-Karaka, Saturn, which is highly afflicted.
