This is an interesting case for my archives, heres what i have to say.

 

Black Magic is associated with "the curse of a Brahmin".

 

Parasara in a conversation with Lord Shiva states, that curses leading to being

devoid of a sun are resultant from the Ascendant 5th lord and Jup being devoid

of strength or Saturn, Mars, Rahu and Sun in 5th house and be with strength.

 

In other words he states that the Curse is resultant from the Malefics being

endowed with strength and Jupiter, lagna and a house significator being devoid

of strength.

 

I've seen in some cases of these that a Retrogade saturn or Jupiter has

influence.

However these are all very generalised oppinions.

 

In the chart Lagna lord is debilitated and Conjunct Retro-Saturn. Sun And Rahu

are placed in Lagna. She may have a burn-scar on her face or neck from this.

 

In Navamsa she has the indications of the curse of a Brahmin. Rahu in Lagna,

Jupiter in Dusthana with 8th lord, and Saturn in own sign. The Rasi dristi of

Jupiter on Lagna could show that the curse will be brought on her.

 

However this is all very subtle.

 

Venus being Asura Guru can bring quite dramatic results if conjunct Jupiter, So

i believe that Jupiter Maha Dasa may have brought the curse.. Also noting that

Jupiter is in 6th house in D-20 showing enemies brought through spiritual

activities, and aspected by Saturn, and conjunct 12th & 5th lord Venus.

 

Saturn would be the prime factor for bringing such a curse, as its conjunct the

debilitated Lagna lord, however Mars recieves stronger Shad Bala so it will

bring the event in its Antar Dasa.

 

So I predict that Jupiter-Mars(1984) Dasa brought the problems with Black Magic.

 

Please clarify the timing, as i would like to compare this with the Moola Dasa

which should be used for timing curses.

 

Note that 6th lord has Vipareet Raja Yoga in 12th house, however, it doesn't

give the power to the Person but rather the father, or Brahmin(Jupiter in 9th),

as it aspects it by Rasi Dristi. Jupiter is also Guru-Karak so the influence on

Guru becomes stronger.

 

The Argalas to the Vipareet Raja Yoga will show how they manifest in reference

to the native:

Rahu and Sun give malefic Argala onto the VRY, and being that Rahu & Sun are in

Lagna the VRY will affect the native in a VERY bad way.

 

These were just my two cents on the chart, hope this gives some insight..
