I would consider this placement as good from the looks of it as it produces a

Gaja Kesari Yoga with considerable strength being that Jupiter is in own signs.

 

Lagna lord in 9th house shows a religous person, and then theres that Gaja

Kesari Yoga again, strengthening that.

 

Now why could it be afflicted? Sag is 6th house from Cancer lagna and Jupiter

would thus be a Malefic, however being in own sign(Pisces) and involved in such

a nice yoga would no doubt minimize the bad effects but they will no doubt be

there.

 

You may refer to the Vimsamsa to see how this person acts in spiritual

activities, and see what benefits there are there.

 

The Lagna lord involved in strong Yoga with 9th lord gives Raja Yoga, and in

this case its quite good. You can predict good fortune, and wonderful love

towards god from this person.. if no bad influences prevail in Navamsa and the

significant Varga.

 

Learn the indications of the houses, signs, and Grahas. But throw that

Conjunction book out in the mean time.. it won't help.
