ORGANIZING YOUR MESSAGES

Hello!

Ever feel like you were looking for a needle in a haystack when you're

trying to find that message from Mom or Ebay about that $100 item you just

bought.

Here is an important msg to help you sort your messages.Go to

TOOLS/MESSAGE RULES IN OUTLOOK EXPRESS. But 1st create a new folder called

JYOTISH or whatever in outlook express i.e FILE/NEW/FOLDER. Then configure

with message rules so that all the messages with SUBJECT "gjlist" and

"jyotish" if your on the other list, go into the JYOTISH folder instead of

INBOX. When you want to read the Jyotish Email you can just go to that

folder & WHALA. Everything is neatly packed away separate from your

important emails. Feel free to Email me if you can't figure this out.
