Guest guest
Dear Christopher, Just a few comments. Excess fat can and does create an insulin spike (quick high insulin levels). In Hypoglycemia (especially after eating to much sweet) there is to much sugar in the blood so the body goes into a crises state and dumps massive insulin to take care of the mess. What happens in the Hypoglycemic is that the insulin then converts all the sugar to the stored form of sugar and stores it away in the liver. So you go from a high blood sugar crises to a low blood sugar crises. Then you get tired and want to go to sleep or get a headache etc. There is also an effect on the endocrine system and the release of arachadonic acid which triggers the release of series 2 prostaglandins which cause inflammation, platlet aggregation, depress the immune system etc. Namaste, Jeff
