Dear list members

 

One thing that is confusing me is that where to look in the

chart in order to distinguish between Service and Business.

Another thing if it is both ,or to determine the timing for

transition from service to Business (vice-versa).Is there any such

possibility in the chart given below

Any body please describe with example , a chart is given below.U may

use this if u wish.
