Leo gives average height, Libra good height and the Scorpio Navmasha also produce persons of good height. But it is having Mars and Mercury in Navmasha Ascendant. Both are enemy and mercury is Sublord also. It may give abnormality and may give reverse to all the rashi conclusion. Person may be of short stature but of good strength.
