Guest guest
Hi: I was just reading my Saturday paper and noticed two articles in the business section that were analyzing the recent upward trend in stock prices. Both articles talked about the April 4 as the recent bottom for the US stock markets. Since then, prices have risen sharply, the Nasdaq about 30%, and the Dow 10%. What's interesting is that April 4 was just 2 days before the krishnamurti Uranus ingress in Aquarius. Previously, I had suggested that a drop would be possible, extrapolating from a prediction Rick Houck had made about its final Aquarius ingress on Jan 26 2002. A drop didn't happen, but a rise did. As Uranus is the planet of surprises and change, I should have realized that this was also possible. I'm not saying that this recent rally is solely due to Uranus of course, but the correspondence in the timing of the two events is noteworthy. When I saw that coming up, I too remembered what Rick Houck had written about the Stock Market going to hell during the FINAL ingress into Aquarius. So I smugly waited for the market to fall sharply, which of course didn't happen. In fact, last Friday's headlines blared:"Dow stages third highest one- day rise in history". My reaction to that was, in the words of Homer Simpson: "D'oh!". So just like his younger sibling Mercury, Uranus is a Trickster, scattering banana peels along Life's Highway just to see us slip and fall. If you enjoy market watching , here's something coming up in May... Wall street astrologer Ray Merriman says Gold always makes a shap movement when Mars goes retrograde. May 11th is when Mars turns stationary, then retrograde, so we'll see. Mundanely speaking, I wouldn't want to be in the Middle East or other Earthly Hot Spot that week when Mars goes squirrely!
