Has recently come to Chandigarh because of some family constraints . This person has contacted me in Jan 2001 for some placement in Chandigarh but , we could arrange any thing good for him as he his not professionaly qualified . This person is very Rich . He wanted to start some business of his own but , some how nothing could materelize in his favour . He happens to be my friend as he is also learning astrology from ICAS Chandigarh .
