Guest guest
Scripture emphasises the importance of "transits" in relation to Natal Moon. As seen from current events, many natives with Moon in Libra may face conflicts, disunion, battles, litigations, difficulties with friends, and the likes, due to Jupiter (justice), Saturn (grief), and Mercury (friends) transiting 8th from Natal Moon. These are sure to manifest if the native is in a dasa, bhukti or vidasa of any of these planets. Whilst I recognise the significance of vargas etc, I think that, one of the dangers of focusing (too much) away from Rashi, is that simple (important) things are missed. Watching events as they unfold and seeing the reflection of these events in Rashi is the greatest "teacher" of all. Wendy
Guest guest
Dear List Members Well putWendy. The biggest difficulty I see with vargas is the lack of reliable birth times ..To evaluate the strength of any chart of primary importance is the strength of the lagna which changes in the space of minutes in the divisionals .So I have not studied divisionals perhaps as much as I should(other than navamsa) ..On the other hand the rashi and transits are much more reliable .The SJVC do not seem to give much importance to transits .Those who are new and playing with charts of their famiily and friends will get more out of the study of rasis and transits than divisionals .Those who have studied divisionals will also offer widely different ideas as to what is important in the divisional .
