Each planet rises over your eastern horizon each day. In my program, there is a feature that will tell you these times. The planets rising times. It's the time of day when a planet rises. All planets rise, just like the Sun, each day. There is a time when it rises, just as "Sunrise" is the time the sun rises. If it was as dark as Saturn, you wouldn't know it. Your exact ninth angle is your lagna degree, but in your ninth sign. I am Aries rising 7.57, so 7.57 Sagitt. is my exact ninth angle or Equal Madhya, which is my exact angle of fortune. Forget the Part of Fortune, it's your ninth equal madhya. Work with your ninth equal madhya for mystical best intervention and overall best spiritual progress in life. Same with other exact angles. This is an SA point, but they don't own it, it's a standard Jyotish point. If you examine life events, they often will coincide with transits or aspects to these points.
