Das! My dear friend

Please forgive me if I sound non-compassionate or if I am speaking

out of turn here. I believe it was you, who pointed out, that your name

means to serve! I also believe that you are letting your ego get the

best of you! You seem to have forgotten your Dharma! and this is why

your ego is crushing you. The only way out of your depression is to put

your children and your duty to humanity before your own needs! In a

hundred years from now you can be at peace knowing that you did the

right thing in developing a Joytish program that is superior to none,

that will help remove suffering from millions of people, more then

likely your own grand and great grand children too. Or if you stay self

involved and ignore your duty you will feel unrest until you set your

karma straight. You must see beyond yourself to see your priorities

clearly, to put things in their proper perspective. You must finish your

work for humanity if you are to have peace. The great Paramahansa

Yogananda once said "That if you practice the presence of peace its only

a matter of time until it manifest in your life", all things are

practice my friend. If you practice depression then this is what you

will have. But if you practice the presence of god then you will not

feel lonely. The mind in conjunction with emotions is a powerful thing

and it can change your body chemistry. It can be your friend or it can

be your enemy! The first thoughts that run through you head in the first

twenty minutes that you are awake in the morning sets the mood for the

day. If you get up dreading the day then you will suffer! But if you get

out of bed, thank God for this day and the ability to do his work then

you will feel blessed. We are all habitual by nature my friend, and it

takes three weeks to form a new habit. You couldn't have become the

great computer programer that you are, without forming the proper

habits. And you will never be happy until you form the habit of

gratefulness. So practice feeling grateful every morning! spend twenty

minutes in the sun every morning. Thank god for your children. Give you

mind, body and soul over to your creator. leave all doors open for the

will of God and I bet he will reward you with a companion. Step out of

it my friend and get on with it! ........ God be with ...... Love Noel
