Guest guest
Dear Raghu das, At 08:41 PM 10/18/01 -0700, you wrote: >I have tried hard, >to bring peace. >So I ask everyone please, >make an effort >to check ALL your sentences >for really soft edges. There will always be contentious situations arising when Mars is in rasi sandhi (changing signs) as was the case yesterday and today. I apologize for my part in letting loose some missiles yesterday. I only respond like that in defense of something adharmic if I see it happening, and to me the most adharmic thing is the baseless criticism of another's character or ability. This will especially be so, if the person being attacked is a friend and Jyotish guru, as is Sanjay Rath. In my chart, Atmakaraka Mars is vargottama and at 29 Gemini. This happens to be the position of 9th lord Mercury (to the exact degree) of the G-list chart. When transit Mars was at 29 Sagittarius yesterday, something was bound to happen (I understand this retrospectively, however). So if anyone on this list was taken aback by my volatile post early yesterday, then I sincerely apologize for that. Sometimes, however, you find yourself in a position to defend others, and to me, that is the only time that Mars' fighting spirit can be justified. What I regret in hind-sight, however, is any "collateral damage" that might have been done. Anyway, now Mars is in Capricorn, where he is more decisive and controlled, and less impulsive. Let the vibrations of peace reign from here on. Om Tat Sat, Robert ===================================== Robert A. Guest guest
Om Gurave Namah--------------------------Dear Raghu, Hari Om. I must apologise for that outburst against Sarajit. He is not like the others in this list. He comes to me every sunday and I spend hours with then, yet instead of spending time in reading, he is too busy teaching. This is what irked me. My expectations from my students are very high and this is more so when someone comes every weekend to learn. I don't charge anything..free teaching and still they are not prepared to read. It is my fault and this has been because of working too late (if you see the mail it would be timed around 3 AM!!). Please do not remove anyone because of me. I was unaware of this. This is not right. They are welcome to question and test and argue like free members. That is democracy and that is what the US is all about. In fact expresssion of anger is an expression and even the burning of the US flag has been accepted as an expression of dissatisfaction about the working of the Govt. I always say that this shows the great peole, the nation that the US is. So, why this change. Be an American. Kindly admit them again. The solution is not in breaking dialogue, but in making dialogue. When the doubts clear, love shall prevail.Best WishesSanjay Rath - Das Goravani gjlist Friday, October 19, 2001 9:11 AM [GJ] I pray for peace now I have tried hard, to bring peace. So I ask everyone please, make an effort to check ALL your sentences for really soft edges. Please practice total non-violence from here on in all your writing.ThanksDas GoravaniOm Namo Bhagavate Vasudevaya; Hare Krishna; Om Tat Sat: gjlist-http://www.goravani.com Your use of is subject to

Sarajit: This would be more justified to be a personal mail. However, because this is something to do with the list, I am sending it here. Gurudev! you have all rights to scold me. Please do not apologise for me in this list. I am so glad that you accepted me as your shisya that I can take all scoldings and beatings with good humour. I never wanted to go aganist you, I just shared what I personally understood. I am hereby dropping the discussion. May you bless all of us with your knowledge.
